Leaves: Linear and narrow up to 7cm long, with prominent center vein; dark green upper surface and light, hairy under surface
Flowers: Drooping clusters of white or pink sepals with green or red centre comprising stamens and minute petals.
Flowering Time: spring
Fruit:a capsule

Habitat/distribution: Coastal plain, locally common in the north and northeast. Also, SA, Vic, NSW

Where to See:
Other notes: Requires well drained soil; white flowers face downwards
